Orders and shipping

How soon will my order ship?

Every item is custom printed for you and ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number when it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. US orders of $75 or more ship free.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. Your country may charge customs fees, which vary by order value and destination. Those fees are your responsibility.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If the courier can't deliver to the address provided, or a shipment goes unclaimed, it comes back to us. Reshipping is at your cost, so please check your address at checkout.

Returns and problems

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is custom printed, we offer refunds when the item is flawed, the print quality is poor, or it's materially different from what the site showed.

My item arrived misprinted, damaged or defective. What do I do?

Contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it. Claims that are our error are covered at our expense, including return shipping.

My package never arrived. What do I do?

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, unless the item was misprinted, damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
