Returns/Exchange Policy

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Returns/Exchange Procedure

1. Write to us via our Contact Page to let us know what you're unhappy with.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 1 business day. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item was misprinted/damaged/defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
